This role will manage the overall logistics of multiple cities across the country. Leading on-demand delivery operations and maintaining excellent customer experience 24/7. The City Manager will take ownership of staffing, service levels, and communication with stakeholders, monitoring, measuring, and improving compliance and performance of riders/partners.<p><br></p><strong>What’s On Your Plate?</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Oversees all daily logistics related operations </li><li>Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle</li><li> Leads communication with external suppliers </li><li>Supervise, coach multiple rider managers and rider trainers </li><li>Oversees and ensures restaurant onboarding and training </li><li>Set up SOPs, policies and tools for safety / compliance of riders and partners </li><li>Help with coordination of marketing campaigns and activities across all brand entities </li><li>Coordinate with country logistics head on operational zone setup and special projects </li><li>Responsible for country’s rider experience and satisfaction score </li><li>Provide weekly updates to country management on projects & performance progress.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>What Did We Order?</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree, MBA is a plus </li><li>5-8 years of experience in food/grocery tech industry is highly preferred </li><li>Extensive experience in Data Analytics </li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Urdu is a must; Arabic is a plus. </li><li>People management skills: Experience of managing bigger group of people </li><li>Stakeholder management skills: Experience in dealing with cross-cultural team members and cross-functional teams </li><li>Ability to analyze data and derive insights from comprehensive data reports</li><li>Ability to deal with ambiguity, work under pressure, handle stress.</li></ul>
