Summary Description

IST Networks is seeking to fill a Cisco System Engineer role, to be based in our Smart Village Head Office in Cairo. The Engineer to be hired will be responsible for installing, configuring and troubleshooting Cisco components and applications. Besides, Providing support for live projects through Service Edge.

Responsibilities

  • Implementing Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) including the Express version (CME) and voice mail services including Cisco Unity Connection and Cisco Unity Express (CUE).
  • FXS, FXO, E1 and Session Initiating Protocol (SIP) voice gateways configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Deploying Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) E-Mail with Cisco Finesse.

Requirements Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecom Engineering or a similar field.

Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience.

Languages

  • Very good Arabic and English – written and spoken.
