<strong>Role: </strong> Develop and activates programs and procedures for the protection of Critical Infrastructures and ensuring the continuity of critical services<p><br></p><strong> Key Responsibilities: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Supervises the issuance and maintenance of appropriate cybersecurity policies and related documentation to ensure the organization’s critical infrastructures are appropriately protected </li><li> Leads the identification of additional infrastructures or systems that shall be considered as critical </li><li> Provides inputs to develop guidelines relating to the reporting of cyber incidents affecting critical infrastructures </li><li> Continuously monitors the cybersecurity exposure of critical infrastructures </li><li> Tracks the definition of policies and frameworks for identifying and evaluating threat critical capabilities, requirements and vulnerabilities of critical infrastructures </li><li> Reviews and shares to the Head of Office comprehensive periodical reports including a section on critical infrastructure identified and protection programs issued or to be further developed </li></ul><p><br></p><strong> Knowledge &amp; Experience: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Supervisory models, compliance tools and methodologies </li><li> International cybersecurity regulations and requirements </li><li> Applicable cybersecurity policies, procedures, standards and relevant legislative and regulatory requirements </li><li> Cybersecurity legislative and regulatory requirements, relating to ethics and privacy </li><li> ICS and OT technologies’ potential cybersecurity vulnerabilities </li><li> Cyber defense and information security policies, procedures, and regulations pertaining to critical infrastructures </li><li> Current/emerging security issues, risks, threats and vulnerabilities </li><li> Legislation, regulations and standards applicable to critical infrastructures. </li><li> In-depth knowledge of critical information systems and cybersecurity control frameworks </li><li> More than 12 years’ experience in a mixture of the above </li></ul><p><br></p><strong> Qualifications &amp; Requirements: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Critical thinking ability with a focus on critical infrastructures </li><li> Interpreting vulnerability scan results and their levels of criticality in relation to the organization </li><li> Identifying critical threat elements involving the critical infrastructures and their functionalities </li><li> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills </li><li> Strong organizational and management skills </li><li> Master in IT and cybersecurity related subjects such as computer engineering, computer science, information systems and information technology </li><li> Commitment to continuous learning activities such as mentoring, shadowing, conferences, hosting webinars, rotations, teaching internally or at a university </li><li> Certifications addressing security and risk management, systems security engineering, security assessment and testing, security operations, software development, security architectures, technology-related BCP and DRP, and vulnerability management</li></ul>
