<strong>Job responsibilities: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Manage the Contractor Channel in his region for accessing the projects in professional manner.</li><li>Identify and monitor all the related projects and make a close follow-up to maximize realization.</li><li>Coordinate effectively with Panel builder Engineers and Distributors Engineers and other sales engineers from other business units for speedy submission of Quotations to Contractors.</li><li>Coordinate with the Prescription Team and get their support to close the loop through the Consultants and Ministries and End Users for the projects.</li><li>Manage and monitor all the concerned incoming inquiries/ tenders effectively and provide the best possible response to customer.</li><li>Monitor and target competitor’s activity.</li><li>Prepare and update the customers and projects profiles and recommend sales plan and strategy to management.</li><li>Organize technical meetings, seminars and provide all available technical support to enhance the Schneider Electric awareness and presence in the market.</li><li>Develop and maintain business, establish and develop permanent contacts with major and key customers to promote Schneider Electric products and equipment.</li><li>Develop and maintain relation and lobbying with consultants and engineering offices</li><li>Identify alliance or partnership opportunities for developing business on long term basis.</li><li>Issue effective and timely reporting towards management.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Engineering bachelor degree and MBA is a plus. </li><li>10 – 15 Years sales experience</li><li>Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with customers and partners</li><li>Established contact and relationships with potential customers and partners. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Schedule: </strong>Full-time<p><br></p><strong>Req: </strong>008IRE
