Join us if you’re passionate about entertainment, innovation, and customer service excellence!<p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Minimum of three years of experience in media</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in mass communication, media, or a relevant major</li><li>High level of attention to detail and efficiency with their time</li><li>A generalist can check and audit the products of different functions or workflows</li><li>High level of organizational skills</li><li>High level of integrity and ethics</li><li>Ability to work independently</li><li>Ability and willingness to learn new methods, procedures, or techniques and take on new tasks</li><li>Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written</li><li>Problem-solving skills</li><li>Must be willing to work weekends, and holidays and pass their regular shifts if needed</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Auditing different departments and workflows and assisting in the development of improved performance. </li><li>identify errors and artefacts in workflows, checklists, and verifiers, and report these findings into a database system in a clear, concise, and easy-to-read manner. </li><li>Testing Pixelogic’s different tools and working with the dev team to follow up with the improvements. </li><li>Inspect linear media content or assets, including, but not limited to, video, audio, subtitles, closed captions, etc., to confirm compliance with client specifications and to note quality issues. </li><li>Following, completing, and updating checklists. </li><li>Work with their direct manager to improve systems and develop new tools. </li><li>Abide by security policies and protect information assets entrusted to you. </li><li>Duties require a high level of attention to detail, an accurate and methodical approach to testing, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Help with supply chain audits. </li><li>To be willing to learn the internal systems and tools to do the job as well as be flexible to adapt to the changing landscape in our industry. </li><li>Other related tasks as assigned to fulfill responsibilities</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Benefits</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Private Health Insurance</li><li>Social Insurance</li><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>Training & Development</li></ul>
