<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><span>- Welcome families to the center and address any questions or concerns they may have.</span></p><p><span>- Handle all phone calls, emails, and inquiries from families.</span></p><p><span>- Conduct scheduled tours to introduce families to the teaching staff, classrooms, and other facilities.</span></p><p><span>- Provide families with comprehensive information about the Reggio Emilia teaching philosophy and the ethos of Seasons.</span></p><p><span>- Manage and support all team members, promoting their professional development.</span></p><p><span>- Facilitate the implementation of a developed marketing and communications plan, as well as automating center procedures.</span></p><p><span>- Conduct interviews and hire new staff members, ensuring they meet all necessary criteria and legal requirements.</span></p><p><span>- Utilize appropriate and effective techniques to encourage community and parent involvement as part of the curriculum.</span></p><p><span>- Activate all communication platform features and keep up to date with new initiatives and updates from developers.</span></p><p><span>- Oversee the team’s communication with parents through the platform, ensuring quality and professionalism.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Skill Requirements:</strong></p><p><span>- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing all aspects of a childcare center.</span></p><p><span>- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.</span></p><p><span>- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.</span></p><p><span>- Dependable, responsible, and punctual.</span></p><p><span>- Ability to cooperate with and effectively manage a diverse population of children, families, and staff.</span></p><p><span>- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.</span></p><p><span>- Friendly and approachable demeanor.</span></p><p><span>- Professional appearance, attitude, and work ethic at all times.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Reporting Location:</strong><span> </span></p><p><span>Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Salary Range:</strong></p><p><span> SR 6000 – 9000 (Saudi Riyal)</span></p>
