<p><span>Our client is looking for an experienced Chief Sales Officer located in KSA, Qatar, or the UAE. Applicants from Europe willing to relocate to the GCC region are welcome.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><ul><li>Develop and implement innovative and effective sales strategies, tailored to the company’s vision and goals, to maximize revenue and market share.</li><li>Oversee the sales department, ensuring that sales targets are achieved in line with company objectives.</li><li>Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and partners to drive growth and maintain a robust sales pipeline.</li><li>Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to re-calibrate strategies when necessary.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and finance, to optimize sales effectiveness and efficiency.</li><li>Provide strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.</li><li>Prepare and present regular sales-related reports to the executive team, advising on potential risks and opportunities.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><ul><li>A minimum of 12 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior management or leadership role.</li><li>A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
