<p><strong>Title : Chief Operating Officer</strong></p><p><strong>Location: Dubai </strong></p><p><strong>Salary : 25 -30k</strong></p><p><strong><u>Qualification: MBA -15- 20 years of experience in PEB industry,At least 5 years of Experience as head of the Sales( A must) </u></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>working in Heavy Fabrication steel sectors, Pre Engineered Building structures, Hot Rolled or Cold Rolled Steel structures.</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u><span class=”ql-cursor”> </span></u></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities of Business Development Head</strong></p><p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Market analysis to determine Quote activity and its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to assist in the development of a plan for the current next three financial years.</strong></li><li><strong>Shall be responsible for setting up of Marketing and BD in the Middle east area</strong></li><li><strong>Shall be responsible for building up of necessary team for Sales &amp; Marketing</strong></li><li><strong>Shall be responsible for setting up and execution of marketing strategy and business development</strong></li><li><strong>Shall be responsible for identifying and implementing growth opportunities</strong></li><li><strong>Shall be directly responsible for the business targets for the area.</strong></li><li><strong>Prepare a detailed regional business plan with goals and objectives, target numbers of booking, billing and collection plan, supported by live inquiry bank.</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Roles</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Monitoring Lead generation to Enquiry generation to Quote activity to Order book</strong></li><li><strong>Setting up of the marketing and sales process.</strong></li><li><strong>Building the Team (keep people for each segment).</strong></li><li><strong>Build relation with customers &amp; manage future relations.</strong></li><li><strong>Meeting annual sales targets (topline) with pre agreed contribution margins (bottom lines).</strong></li><li><strong>Conduct reviews of direct reports &amp; as a leader motivate the team to enhance team performance.</strong></li><li><strong>Develop standard proposal template for each technology and with relevant contractual terms, including legal, taxation and payment terms.</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><ol><li><strong><u>Graduate with MBA</u></strong></li><li><strong><u>15- 20 years of experience in PEB industry</u></strong></li><li><strong><u>At least 5 years of Experience as head of the Sales</u></strong></li><li><strong>Ability to handle teams</strong></li><li><strong>Good verbal and written communication skills</strong></li></ol>
