<p>We’re on the hunt for a driven and resourceful <strong>Dubai- based</strong> Chief of Staff, the kind of person who thrives in the world of web3 and has the finesse to keep our marketing engine running smoothly. </p><p><br></p><p>In this role, you’ll be the CEO’s right-hand, connecting the dots within our organization, managing day-to-day relationships with our partners, clients, and internal teams, and delivering solutions that keep us at the top of our game.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Scope of Work:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Project Management:</strong> You’re the one to ensure our execution teams drive forward, keeping projects on the rails and on schedule. So you’ll need to grasp the big picture, propose efficient solutions, and see them through to implementation.</li><li><strong>Relationship Management:</strong> Act as the key conduit between our CEO and various stakeholders. Your role is to ensure everyone is on the same page, particularly when it comes to understanding complex issues.</li><li><strong>Serving as the CEO’s Second-in-Command: </strong>You’ll distill complicated scenarios to help facilitate decision-making. Stay on top of projects and tasks directly managed by the CEO. As the CEO’s stand-in, you’ll be expected to step into their shoes in any situation, whether it’s external or internal, marketing or tech.</li><li><strong>Navigating Complex Challenges &amp; Driving Informed Decisions: </strong>Take on complex challenges, applying strategic thinking and analytical skills to make sound decisions that push our organization forward.</li><li><strong>Comprehensive Task Oversight &amp; Agile Priority Setting:</strong> You’ll be handling multiple responsibilities, adeptly prioritizing tasks, and ensuring effective time management. </li></ul><p><br></p><p>Show your flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment, where plans and priorities often need to be adjusted on the fly!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>We’re looking for someone who’s had a taste of life in a demanding environment, think early-stage startup, investment bank, or strategic advisory. </p><p><br></p><p>A demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship is a must, along with a deep understanding of web3 from both a tech and community perspective. </p><p><br></p><p>And a track record of generating growth in competitive environments will give you an edge.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Must live in Dubai.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Personal Attributes:</strong></p><ul><li>Results-oriented, with a delivery-first mindset</li><li>Hungry and driven, willing to go the extra mile to achieve goals</li><li>Resilient, with the ability to thrive under pressure and in a challenging startup environment</li><li>Proactive and capable of taking initiative</li><li>Low ego, capable of accepting “no” and continuing to move forward</li><li>Understanding of the fast-paced startup environment or willingness to adapt to it</li><li>Able to perform well in high-stress environments</li><li>Highly resourceful, with an unwavering commitment to initiative and resilience</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Monthly range based on experience and qualifications = $4k-$5.5k</p>
