We’re a team of dedicated people driving this mission by providing better, faster, and cheaper ways to access food through technology.<p><br></p>Role overview<p><br></p>We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing and growth efforts in the food tech industry. As a CMO, you will be responsible for developing and executing successful growth strategies that align with our company’s goals, objectives, and vision.<p><br></p>Main Responsibilities<p><br></p><ul><li>Developing and executing successful growth &amp; marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and vision </li><li>Understanding the target audience, identifying industry trends, and leveraging data and analytics to make informed decisions</li><li>Working with the relevant teams to optimize the growth funnels </li><li>Building a strong brand identity and ensuring that the company’s values and mission are reflected in all marketing efforts</li><li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives </li><li>Staying up-to-date on industry trends and changes in consumer behavior; and use this knowledge to create innovative and effective marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences</li><li>Using data and analytics to inform growth decisions and optimize campaigns to achieve the best possible results.</li><li>Working closely with the CEO and leadership team to identify new growth opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.</li><li>Would be the final owner of the growth funnel, alongside the conversion KPIs</li><li>Managing the Growth and Marketing teams, providing them with the support, guidance, and training they need to excel in their roles</li></ul><p><br></p>Ideal Candidate<p><br></p><ul><li>At least 10 years of experience in the growth and marketing space</li><li>Proven track record of managing and building growth systems for a B2C organization</li><li>At least 8 years of leadership experience in leading large multi-disciplinary teams </li><li>Exceptional understanding of data and analytics and how to use them to inform growth decisions </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Experience in tech start-ups, food-tech would be a big plus </li></ul><p><br></p>Powered by JazzHR<p><br></p>aG8ht64sff
