We are currently seeking a highly skilled and talented Chief Innovation Officer (CIO) to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be passionate about driving growth, utilizing innovation strategies, and leading the company into the future.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and execute the company’s innovation and technology strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and overall vision.</li><li>Collaborate with the executive team to identify new technological opportunities and emerging markets.</li><li>Oversee research and development initiatives and evaluate their feasibility, potential impact, and risk.</li><li>Foster an innovation-driven culture across the organization, promoting creativity, effective collaboration, and knowledge transfer.</li><li>Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with external organizations to enhance the company’s competitive advantage.</li><li>Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation.</li><li>Manage and mentor multidisciplinary innovation teams, providing guidance and support to ensure talent development and project success.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and other strategic partners.</li><li>Ensure appropriate intellectual property protection and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications and Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>10+ years of experience in innovation or technology leadership, preferably in a multinational organization.</li><li>Proven track record of driving growth and delivering transformative innovations.</li><li>Excellent strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.</li><li>Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and leverage opportunities.</li><li>Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on empowering and inspiring employees.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of relevant technologies, industry trends, and global market dynamics.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to travel internationally, as needed.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><span>Disclaimer: HAX consulting or the poster of the job are not in control of the hiring process for this role, the job owner (partner) is in charge of the hiring process and will shortlist the ideal candidate accordingly.</span></p>
