Our client is a well established holding company based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with two head offices in Riyadh and overall seven branches. They are a family business withholding three entities within Catering, F&B and Investment Arm.

They are looking for a CFO to manage effective risks and plan the holding company’s financial strategy.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead the company’s financial plans
  • Manage the finance department and financial teams of the holding company
  • Responsible for the team of financial controllers and analysts
  • Execute risk management by controlling the company’s liabilities and investments and decide on investment strategies
  • Guarantee the compliance with the Saudi law and company’s policies
  • Prepare financial and forecasting reports
  • Develop plans for growth to increase company profit and reduce expenditure
  • Oversee the day-to-day financial operation of the company

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience as CFO or relevant role within a holding company
  • Excellent managerial and financial skills and the ability to take leadership over any business operations area
  • Outstanding knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
  • Thorough understanding of management and financial practices in all areas and phases of business operations
  • Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field is preferred
  • CPA is a strong advantage
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and proven leadership skills
