<ul><li>Multinational company in the Real estate asset &amp; Investment management sector</li><li> $1B USD portfolio consisting of luxury hotels &amp; real estate assets</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>About Our Client</strong><p><br></p>Our client who is a leader in the Real estate asset &amp; Investment Management sector is currently seeking a Chief Executive Officer for their operations in Cairo, Egypt. As a CEO, You will manage real estate operating assets and lead the capital funding for a $1B USD real estate portfolio across the MENA region<p><br></p><strong>Job Description</strong><p><br></p>As Chief Executive Officer, working closely with the Executive board team, you are in charge of:<p><br></p><ul><li> Leading the development of Operating assets, driving capital investment funds and dealing with several external stakeholders</li><li>Driving the operating performance of real estate &amp; hotel assets to maximize profit</li><li>Responsible for implementing and executing long term investment strategies for real estate assets managed within the portfolio</li><li>Defining strategic business plans for existing and upcoming real estate developments within the luxury hotel industry</li><li>Overlooking the Profit/Loss, revenue, and expenses for multiple hotel properties across the MENA region</li><li>Leading real estate investment projects, while identifying financial opportunities in order to expand the organization</li><li>Analyzing hotel asset costs, and preparing weekly and monthly operation reports to share with the Board of Directors</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>The Successful Applicant</strong><p><br></p>You have a minimum of 15 years of C-level experience leading Real estate operating assets, capital investment funding/Family owned assets within the MENA region<p><br></p>Previous experience as a CEO who has managed operating assets and led capital funding for a family-owned holding company is preferred<p><br></p>Experience within the Real estate &amp; hospitality industry is preferred<p><br></p>Fluent in English is mandatory, Arabic is a bonus<p><br></p>You must be willing to relocate to Egypt and some travel will be required within the MENA region<p><br></p><strong>What’s On Offer</strong><p><br></p>Local package + incentives
