At BCG Platinion you will work alongside a bold, energetic and collaborative team. you will work closely with clients to understand their issues, define IT strategies, architecture solutions, win buy-in for your recommendations, and collaborate with fellow BCGers to transform client potential into performance. You will be positioned as team lead, own intellectual leadership and have operational architecture project responsibility. You will lead the project team (s) in a large, complex enterprise environments and drive operational and client service excellence. You will help your teams flourish through thought leadership, team mentoring and business development, and clients will seek your advice on business issues that extend beyond the immediate scope of your project work.

What You’ll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

• Executive experience having working in a VP, CTO, Partner or Director level role within a high growth start up and/or blue chip organisation
• 15+ years’ experience in software development, technical project management, digital delivery or technology consulting
• An understanding of how to lead legacy integration and remediation (facades, strangler approaches, et. al.)
• Experience of mentoring/leading teams of Architects
• Deep & updated technology expertise in data management, big data, cloud, APIs
• Knowledge in either Blockchain or AI or ML
• A strategic mind-set and business acumen
• Project/Program Management experience
