As the digital landscape evolves, we are determined to solidify our position as the market leader in cyber security<strong>.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>As a Chief Cyber Security Officer (CCSO), you will be responsible for:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Developing and implementing a comprehensive cyber security strategy for the organization.</li><li>Identifying potential cyber security risks and vulnerabilities, and ensuring they are duly addressed and mitigated.</li><li>Overseeing Security Operations Centre (SOC) teams, penetration testers, and incident response teams.</li><li>Collaborating with other departments and executive leadership to develop and maintain a strong security culture.</li><li>Establishing company-wide cyber security policies and standards to ensure effective risk management.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.</li><li>Providing guidance and coaching to security team members and cultivating their professional growth.</li><li>Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on the effectiveness of cyber security initiatives, and continuously enhancing the organization’s security posture.</li><li>Coordinating with external security partners, law enforcement, and industry peers to maintain an up-to-date understanding of global cyber security threats.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus).</li><li>At least 13 years of experience in information security, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.</li><li>Strong understanding of cyber security technologies, frameworks, and best practices.</li><li>Demonstrated experience developing and implementing cyber security strategies and policies.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and influence stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.</li><li>Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing cyber threat landscape and to lead in crisis situations.</li><li>Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><span>Disclaimer: HAX consulting or the poster of the job are not in control of the hiring process for this role, the job owner (partner) is in charge of the hiring process and will shortlist the ideal candidate accordingly.</span></p>
