We’re seeking to hire an experienced CBO (Chief Business Officer) is responsible for leading the commercial strategy of the company, also overseeing all revenue-generating activities, including sales, marketing, and business development

What you’ll do!

Develop and implement commercial strategies that support the organization’s mission and goals.

·Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and expansion. 

·Oversees the organization’s commercial functions, ensuring that the organization’s products and services are effectively marketed and sold to customers. 

·Building and leading a high-performing commercial team and fostering a culture of collaboration, and continuous improvement. 

·Analyzing market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges and adjust the company’s commercial strategy accordingly. 

·Recommending changes to improve the efficiency and profitability of sales operations, including increasing revenues. 

·Designing an executive business roadmap of potential business opportunities. 

What you should have!

·
Experience in strategy development. 

·Experience in Marketing strategy. 

·Experience in Pricing strategies. 

·Experience in Sales channel management. 

·Bachelor of Computer Science or business administration or any related field 

·+20 years’ experience.
