<ul><li>Rich practicing experience and deep expertise in CXO interactions, enterprise<br><br></li></ul>architecture, digital business, and technology perspective.<br><br><ul><li>Strong understanding and exposure in enterprise architecture, preferably<br><br></li></ul>including strategy, operating model, business architecture, capability<br><br>planning and service design dimensions.<br><br><ul><li>Natural ability to shape, lead and drive outcome while working in multidisciplinary<br><br></li></ul>team environment.<br><br><ul><li>o Ability to craft pragmatic solution / outcome solving for business</li><li>problems or opportunities by integrating service &amp; experience design,</li><li>strategy and technology.</li><li>o Ability to define and deliver blueprint for large / complex</li><li>transformational engagements. Should have performed a similar role in</li><li>at least one such transformational engagement.</li><li>o Experience of leading and delivering architecture led change initiatives</li><li>showcasing clear value and outcome in line with organisational priorities</li><li>&amp; target metrics.</li><li>o Must be a self-starter with willingness to assume accountability and</li><li>deliver.
