Chief Accountant

Job Description

<p>We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Accountant to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have at least 8-10 years of experience in accounting, including experience in managing a team. The Chief Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the accounting department and ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Manage the accounting process from transaction entry to monthly management reports and annual closing.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns (VAT, withholding tax, income, Zakat) and other taxes.</li><li>Conduct analysis of financial data and provide insights to management.</li><li>Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.</li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.</li><li>Manage the budgeting, forecasting process, audit process.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Bilingual, with 8-10 years of experience in accounting.</li><li>Experience in SAP B1 ERP is a must.</li><li>Strong analytical skills</li></ul><p></p>
