<strong>Overview</strong><p><br></p>To ensure all manufactured products meet specified PepsiCo- and regulatory standards in terms of<p><br></p>specification and food safety compliance and non-conforming finished products, ingredients, packaging<p><br></p>materials and raw materials are not released. All PepsiCo Quality and Food Safety system standards are<p><br></p>implemented, monitored, audit targets achieved, and Relevant Plant safety requiremen<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p>To conduct daily analysis on finished products, incoming raw and packaging materials and ensure<p><br></p>that only conforming FGRMPM are released and non-conforming ones are isolated and held for<p><br></p>further action as per Quality Policy and Procedures.<p><br></p> Participate in inspection visits by regulatory authorities and support addressing issues and concerns<p><br></p> To ensure GMP is followed by plant personnel and raise relevant issues during the shift<p><br></p> Participate in monthly Food safety audit and support in implementing FS standards 2023-05-27T18:35:26.875+00:00 <strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p>This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by certifying pallet inventory in a fast-paced warehouse operation.<p><br></p><ul><li>Keep accurate records of certified loads transported out of the facility for DSD delivery</li><li>Provide coaching and counseling to Pickers on Pallet build practices.</li><li>Provide feedback to Product Availability Supervisor (PAS) on workflow, loading issues and developmental opportunities of picker and loaders</li><li>Track each load accurately</li><li>Accurately count all pallets</li><li>Maintain pace of pallet configuration</li><li>Ensure that inline adjustments are made and used for all pallets</li><li>Identify priorities and coordinate resources</li><li>Assess and enhance the skill set of pickers</li><li>Recommend process improvements</li><li>Coordinate picker and loader team</li><li>Ensure stability of all loaded pallets by proper use of load straps</li><li>Embrace and promote a culture of “stack, wrap, strap”</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED</li><li>Experience working a flexible schedule including early morning, late night and/or weekends</li><li>This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States</li></ul><p><br></p>Covid-19 vaccination may be a condition of employment dependent on role and location.
