A person in this role must also be very organized and comfortable working in a high-pressure environment. A Chef de Partie must also be able to give orders within their section, as well as reliably carry out orders handed down to them by the Executive Pastry Chef.</p><p>To be successful in this role you will need:&nbsp;</p><p>· Strong with cake frosting &amp; garnishing</p><p>·&nbsp;Strong with chocolate décor (simple garnish)</p><p>·&nbsp;Worked with high volume</p><p>·&nbsp;A la carte restaurant background / hotel, catering is a plus</p><p>·&nbsp;Good with fondant</p><p>·&nbsp;Good at following recipes</p><p>·&nbsp;Expertly attentive to details</p><p>·&nbsp;Ability to work alone and at night</p><p>·&nbsp;Ability to follow a stock level</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications/Experience</p><p>• Any culinary degree/diploma</p><p>• At least one year experience as a Chef de Partie – Pastry in a reputed establishment</p><p>• Excellent interpersonal skills</p><p>• Strongly committed to quality and customer service</p><p>• Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence</p><p>• Only candidates immediately available in Dubai should apply</p>
