<p><strong>An F&B company located in Baabda is looking for a Chef de Partie</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Primary duties and responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Preparing Lebanese and International plat du jour – authentic taste</li><li>Assisting the head chef in preparing plat du jour as well as being able to carry out this task alone</li><li>Well balanced meals in terms of flavors, spices, and aromas</li><li>Ensure that the food is prepared as per the planned menu and in line with the instructions/feedback received from the superiors</li><li>Ensure that recipe measures are being followed</li><li>Being familiar with healthy cooking methods and binding sauces without beef or chicken stock is a plus</li><li>Familiar with food safety</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>5 years of experience in the same role</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Salary:</strong></p><p>Negotiable salary</p><p><br></p>
