<p>Position Title: Chef De Partie (Cold Kitchen)</p><p>Employment Type: Full-time</p><p>Salary: all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications</p><p>Job Location: Dubai, UAE</p><p><br></p><p>About the Client: </p><p>A well-known Arabic restaurant and café in Dubai</p><p><br></p><p>Job Description: </p><p> Prepare and cook a variety of cold dishes, salads, and appetizers according to established recipes and standards.</p><p> Ensure the quality and presentation of cold food items by following proper plating and garnishing techniques.</p><p> Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient preparation of cold food orders.</p><p> Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold kitchen area, including refrigerators, workstations, and equipment.</p><p> Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of cold food ingredients and notifying the supervisor of any shortages or replenishment needs.</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications: </p><p> Open to Indian, Sri Lankan, and Nepali nationals</p><p> 38 y/o and below</p><p> Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar tole</p><p> Must be familiar with Lebanese Cold Appetizer, Salad and Hot Appetizer</p><p> Must be willing to work on night shift or shifting schedule</p>
