<p>• Preparing all kinds of food recipes and update products regularly according to the food list and according to the approved recipes.</p><p>• Preparing, developing and implementing nutritional recipes.</p><p>• Using and maintaining cooking equipment. </p><p>· Train for Kitchen staff </p><p>· Responsible for food quality</p><p>• Choosing ingredients, commodities and raw materials for food processing and ensuring food safety.</p><p>• Maintaining standards of personal hygiene and hygiene, fully understanding and complying with hygiene and personal hygiene requirements.</p><p>• Comply with any directives issued by supervisors and authorized persons.</p><p>• Any other tasks assigned to him by the authority holder and related to his field of work.</p>
