Job Description

• Preparing all kinds of food recipes and update products regularly according to the food list and according to the approved recipes.

• Preparing, developing and implementing nutritional recipes.

• Using and maintaining cooking equipment.

·  Train for Kitchen staff

·  Responsible for food quality

• Choosing ingredients, commodities and raw materials for food processing and ensuring food safety.

• Maintaining standards of personal hygiene and hygiene, fully understanding and complying with hygiene and personal hygiene requirements.

• Comply with any directives issued by supervisors and authorized persons.

• Any other tasks assigned to him by the authority holder and related to his field of work.
