Job Description

We are a private jet charter sourcing company actively looking for an experienced and self-driven ‘Charter Sourcing Executive‘ to join our team! Your main responsibility will be to facilitate all services related to aircraft sourcing and flight coordination, while ensuring timely service and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

We are expecting you to be an outstanding communicator and listener with a professional, but friendly approach. Candidates with excellent communication skills and command over English language may only apply.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Establishing and nurturing partnerships with suppliers and partners to guarantee the availability of the optimal aircraft choices for our customers’ requirements.

2. Demonstrating a strong ability to research aircraft availability, negotiate pricing and source the appropriate aircraft in the open market for both membership and charter scenarios.

3. Ensuring the seamless execution of departures through vigilant flight monitoring and oversight.

4. Collaborating closely with Travel Consultant to ensure a thorough understanding of client needs and the most appropriate options for fulfilling those needs.

5. Proactively identifying and mitigating all potential risks to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our clients on every flight. This includes communicating all relevant weather, airspace, and airport information to the appropriate teams and ensuring that the appropriate aircraft is selected to meet our clients’ needs.

6. Assisting with customer inquiries, questions, and complaints received through the website.

7. Provide additional sales and administrative support to the Head of Charter Operations.

8. Handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints.

9. Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.

REQUIREMENTS / SKILSS:

+ Must be fluent in English.

+ Minimum 2 years of experience in Charter Sourcing / Operations or similar in private aviation sector.

+ Preferably be able to use a CRM

+ Ability and willingness to learn about products and services.

+ Patient and friendly personality.

+ Great interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

+ High school graduate.

+ University Graduation will be a plus.
