Channel Sales Specialist will be responsible for sales planning and execution, providing technical and clinical expertise and coordination of educational and marketing support to ensure protecting and increasing market share while having safe adoption and growth of Cardiac Rhythm devices, Cryo Ablation Solutions & Cardiac Diagnostic Solutions across the Gulf region.
Meeting sales targets and customers’ expectations by striving without reserve for the greatest possible reliability and quality in our products, processes, and systems by being accountable, having a voice and taking actions.
A Day in the Life
·Managing distributors and accounts to meet the quarterly and yearly sales targets
·Maintaining and developing relationship with distributors and Health Care Professional across the region
·Opening new accounts and gain market share from the competition
·Develops, executes, collaborates, and strategizes with the distributors and different key enablers in achieving sales targets and implementing business plans.
·Assist with customer management of inventory ordering, shelf stock in collaboration with distributors sales representatives
·Identify, establish, and maintain productive working relationships with key decision makers, customers and their staff, administrative staff, etc
·Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints in a prompt and effective manner.
·Maintain high standards of personal presentation and promote a professional personal and company image.
·Probe to understand and confirm customers’ needs, handle objections and gain commitment. Educate customers to ensure that products are understood and used effectively.
·Represent company at industry conferences and maximize potential by targeting specific customers to gain sales leads and pursue opportunities to promote the CRM (Cardiac Rhythm Management), CDS (Cardiovascular Diagnostics and Services Operating Unit) & CAS (Cardiac Ablation Solutions) product portfolio
·Recognize and understand competitive products, industry trends and portfolio.
·Develop and implement strategies to counter competitor messaging.
·Provide Technical and Clinical Expertise, quality technical support and coverage of initial launch, relaunch, and customer critical implants to help accounts achieve procedural success for the safe growth the business. Provide coaching and product promotion support to the distributors and Health Care Professional on implant procedures in accordance with Medtronic guidance.
·Maintain knowledge of Clinical Evidence product IFUs (Instructions for Use) for safe and effective use of devices through proper patient selection and indications
- Report device complaints to proper departments within quality assurance within Medtronic
