The Channel Sales Specialist will work with the channel partners to help them grow their business and reach their full potential. The Channel Sales Specialist will be responsible for creating and executing channel sales plans, developing and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, and providing channel partner support.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and execute sales plans to increase market share and revenue growth within the assigned territory or channel.</li><li>Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while adhering to company guidelines.</li><li>Manage a team of sales representatives, setting goals and objectives, and providing coaching and feedback.</li><li>Train new and existing sales representatives on product knowledge, features, benefits, and selling techniques.</li><li>Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take action to address any issues.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.</li><li>Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.</li><li>Prepare reports on sales activities and results.</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvements.</li><li>Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans.</li><li>Participate in trade shows and other events as needed.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Education, Qualifications, or trainings required: </strong></p><p>BSc degree in Business Management or a relevant field.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills &amp; Competencies required: </strong></p><ul><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to partners and stakeholders.</li><li>Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of the channel sales process</li><li>Strong understanding of market trends and dynamics<strong> </strong></li><li>Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.</li><li>Time management and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Flexibility and adaptability to change.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Technical skills required:</strong></p><ul><li>Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Language skills required: </strong></p><ul><li>Proficient in spoken and written English and Arabic language.</li><li>French/Spanish communication skills (verbal and written) is a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Prior experience:</strong></p><ul><li>3-5 years of experience in channel management or sales</li><li>Experience in the software or technology industry</li><li>Experience working with channel partners and resellers</li><li>Global channel sales experience is a plus.</li></ul>
