<p><strong>Partner Sales Executive – CyberSecurity</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Ideal candidate – Based in UAE, 2/3 years in IT channel sales, with coverage/knowledge of GCC markets and partners with an IT distributor or IT reseller or a vendor SDR background.</p><p><br></p><p>(This is a sales hunter role – we post for Sales Ops, Technical, Support roles separately, so if your current role is ops, marketing, technical or support please apply to other roles when posted.]</p><p><br></p><p>Purpose of Role:</p><p>The Partner Sales Executive is responsible for tactically driving the growth and development of the company’s cybersecurity partners. This includes identifying and recruiting new partners, managing existing relationships, and ensuring that partners are effectively selling and promoting the company’s cybersecurity products and services.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ol><li>Identify and recruit new partners for the company’s cybersecurity products and services.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure they are effectively selling and promoting the company’s cybersecurity products and services.</li><li>Manage and oversee the performance of partners, supporting activities, sales targets and goals.</li><li>Provide partners with training and support to ensure they have the knowledge and resources they need to be successful.</li><li>Work closely with the partners sales team to align efforts with the company’s overall sales strategy.</li><li>Support channel marketing initiatives to promote the company’s cybersecurity products and services through partners.</li><li>Monitor the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for the company to differentiate its cybersecurity offerings with partners.</li><li>Act as the tactical point of contact for partners, providing them with regular updates on the company’s cybersecurity products and services..</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partner needs are being met.</li><li>Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the company’s cybersecurity partnerships and products.</li></ol><p>Education and Experience:</p><ul><li>A minimum of 3 years of experience in channel sales or business development, with a focus on cybersecurity products and services.</li><li>Strong understanding of the cybersecurity industry and market trends.</li><li>Proven track record of success – in cybersecurity sales or IT partner management.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.</li><li>Experience with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce.</li></ul>
