<p><strong>Job Description; Channel Relationship Manager </strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented channel relationship manager to join our property development Team. As an channel relationship manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth transition for out new brokers and clients, guiding them through al processes and providing exceptional customer service.</p><p>Your attention to detail, strong communication skills and ability to build, maintain and grow relationships will contribute to our goal of delivering an outstanding experience!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications </strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience</li><li>Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills</li><li>Ability to multitask</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office suite</li><li>Organizational skills</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li>Take on the role of our brand’s public persona, sharing our vision, unique projects, and exciting progress to a broad spectrum of stakeholders in the UAE and across the globe.</li><li>Establish and nurture relationships with a vast network of Property Consultants and Broker Agencies in UAE and internationally.</li><li>Responsible for activating new real estate agents and real estate companies locally and internationally, to sell and market projects.</li><li>Provide Project Training and presentations to potential agents and real estate companies on projects.</li><li>Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the agents and real estate companies</li><li>Coordinate agencies commission.</li><li>Review and process invoices of Broker companies.</li><li>Prepare monthly/weekly report on the performance and activity level of agents and real estate</li><li>companies.</li><li>Organizing agency events, such as roadshows.</li><li>Developing open-house events and marketing campaign monthly.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Skills and Qualities: </strong></p><ul><li>Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.</li><li>Strong presentation capabilities and interpersonal skills for building relationships with broker</li><li>agencies.</li></ul><p>β€’ A quick learner, eager to grasp new concepts, and adaptable to a rapidly evolving business environment – prior experience in real estate within a a developer is required, but an unflinching willingness to understand our industry and pitch effectively on behalf of the company is indispensable.</p>
