<p>We’re searching for an experienced <strong>Channel Manager</strong> to join our team in Dubai. The right candidate should possess a proven track record of establishing and managing successful channel/partner strategy for <strong>innovative networking and CCTV surveillance solutions such as AI, access point control systems, switches, wireless systems, Smart Automation and ELV solutions. </strong></p><p><br></p><p>To be successful in this profession, you must be goal-oriented while also possessing the market knowledge and the ability to position the assigned solutions to the channel partners/resellers across the region. IT channel sales and account management experience, as well as new business development, is a must.</p><p><br></p><p>Primary Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing channel partners to expand sales;</li><li>Handle Channel Partners and develop strategic relationship;</li><li>Strengthen the relationship with the key decision makers of major Channel Partners;</li><li>Interact very closely and on a daily basis with the accounts to ensure they are ready and well enabled to promote and sell the company’s line of products;</li><li>Collect data from the market for the assessment of company market share;</li><li>Design and execute jointly developed business plans for identified partner accounts, including strategic initiatives, training plan, marketing plan;</li><li>Work collaboratively with Unit Managers, Pre-Sales and Product teams to assess client requirements, developing a value-add solution;</li><li>Deliver presentation to partners and clients; arrange seminars with relevant prospect partners;</li><li>Oversee implementation of targeted programs and marketing campaign;</li><li>Ensure that Channels are able to generate business to ensure better Market Coverage and incremental revenue stream;</li><li>Build/Maintain adequate pipeline for all handled products;</li><li>Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts in line with business objectives;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Skills and Experience Required:</p><ul><li>University degree in Management Information Systems, Telecommunications & Computer Communication or equivalent</li><li>Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in IT channel sales and account management</li><li>Strong business acumen and knowledge of <strong>IT networking and ELV solutions, competitive products and industry trends is a MUST</strong></li><li>Excellent written & verbal communication in English</li><li>Highly motivated, committed, with a genuine desire to succeed in sales</li><li>Excellent teamwork skills are a must with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams</li><li>Proven records in achieving & over achieving sales targets</li><li>Having relationship and experience in dealing with Channel Partners in the Gulf Region</li><li>Customer oriented with the ability to listen, organize and champion key initiatives for channel development and customer satisfaction</li></ul>
