Channel Account Manager – Surveillance Networking UAE

 

Ø Setting up new channel partners and overseeing the on-boarding process.

Ø Develop distribution to cover surveillance channels with distributors , resellers system integrator’s

Ø Managing and maintaining existing channels clients with good relationship

Ø Monitor Order/inventory/sales data to identify problem and opportunity

Ø Plan and execute channel marketing and promotion activities to increase sell-out.

Ø Achieving business targets of Sales Volume, Throughput, Outstanding & Stock as per norms of surveillance  products and solutions

Ø Identifying and reaching out to new potential channel partners.

Ø Working on cross selling opportunities within the organization.

Ø Training on new products and services to all channel partners.

Ø Involved in the development and execution of account sales

Ø Ability to take initiative to meet challenges with resourcefulness and new innovative approaches while maintain an high level of quality

Ø Responsible for providing monthly and quarterly forecasts for accounts

Ø Create strategies and lead team efforts to maximize sell-through of company products within the open market channels

Ø Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities

Ø Participate sales training, self-training plan, action and conclusion.

Ø Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory.

Ø Develop positive working relationship with current and prospective channel partners to build business.

Ø Carry out sales strategy and market strategy.

Ø Achieve sales target in assigned area.

Ø Secures monthly and yearly sales objective per client basis through lead generation.

Ø Creates sales opportunity from existing and new business partners.

Ø Keeps abreast with the latest market trends and gather information on how to improve service level.

Ø Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and good business relationship with trade partners.

Ø Direct sales to projects, B2B customers, SME and other verticals Increase Visibility in the allocated territory, projects, and consultants and System integrators

Ø Consistently and systematically follow up with customers to convert proposals to orders

 

 

Job Requirements

Ø 5-10 years of experience in similar Key accounts/ corporate sales.

Ø Candidate’s from the same industry preferably from surveillance domain.

Ø Must have experience in selling solutions, handling large accounts and B2B sales

Ø Previous experience of driving channel sales ideally within a similar product category and same channel

Ø Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners.

Ø Strong personal network within the industry. Driven, highly motivated and passionate about sales.
