<p>We are looking to hire a <strong>Change Manager </strong>who will be responsible <strong>for the support of key stakeholders and the project team in achieving their vision of successfully implementing various organisation transformation projects and standardising their systems and processes across the business </strong>for our client based in Dubai- which is one of the largest companies in the region.</p><p><br></p><p>This position is a <strong>long-term contract</strong> role with an initial duration of <strong>6 months</strong> and is renewable.</p><p>The role sits within the <strong>Group Transformation Department</strong> and reports directly to the <strong>Head of the Transformation.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a <strong>Change Manager </strong>passionate about the <strong>delivery of business change, continuous improvements, and transformation projects. Delivering and influencing programmes so that they are impactful for the organisation whilst improving the internal stakeholder’s journey and experience.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and deliver a Change Management strategy as part of a group Shared Services implementation programme.</li><li>Deliver various change activities including communications, organisation design, company restructuring, training, stakeholder management, business engagement, business readiness and change interventions.</li><li>Apply a structured methodology and best practices to lead change management activities.</li><li>Support the design, development, implementation, and revision of programme plans from a change and communications lens and adhere to established timelines; integrate change management activities into the programme plan.</li><li>Develops strong, credible relationships with key senior client stakeholders.</li><li>Be a people change lead for the group.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Knowledge, skills &amp; experience:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Experience working on large-scale<strong>, complex change and transformation projects including organisation transformation implementations.</strong></li><li>Strong experience <strong>implementing change management principles, methodologies, and tools in change programmes.</strong></li><li>Preferable Change management certification from a reputable institution.</li><li>Proven stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Excellent reporting skills.</li><li>Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>A proactive and forward-thinking approach.</li><li>Ability to work to strict deadlines.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Availability:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Looking for a candidate available to join immediately.</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a candidate who will be able to work in the United Arab Emirates.
