We value innovation, diversity, and offer the opportunity for personal and professional growth.</p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p>As a Challenger Sale Representative, you’ll employ your extensive experience in complex solution selling to existing and potential clients. In this fast-paced environment, your primary goal will be to tackle our customers’ most significant challenges with our comprehensive service portfolio.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ol><li>Incorporate the Challenger Sale methodology into your sales strategy, including teaching, tailoring, and controlling customer conversations.</li><li>Drive intricate sales cycles orchestrating internal teams, including pre-sales, value management, bid management, inside sales, marketing, and sales support.</li><li>Cultivate and nurture relationships with stakeholders within our existing client base and prospects to understand their business goals, challenges, and processes.</li><li>Create and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and broaden our customer base.</li><li>Collaborate with clients to comprehend their business needs and objectives.</li><li>Communicate the value proposition effectively through proposals and presentations.</li><li>Report on forces that could potentially alter the strategic directions of accounts and tactical budget planning.</li></ol><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ol><li>Minimum of 3 years sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment.</li><li>Knowledge of audit procedures and management consulting is a plus.</li><li>Proven record of driving sales and meeting sales targets.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.</li><li>Proven experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Superior verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>An MBA is a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in using CRM systems and practices.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint).</li></ol><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><p>At Morison Qatar, we offer competitive compensation, a comprehensive benefits package, and an opportunity to be part of a world-class team in the consulting sector.
