We are looking for a passionate, self-driven, and experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for our well-established construction company.<p><br></p><strong><u>About The Role</u></strong><p><br></p>The CFO will play a crucial role in driving the financial success and sustainable growth of the organization. With a track record of 15 to 20 years in financial leadership roles within the construction industry.<p><br></p><strong>Job location:</strong> Saudi Arabia<p><br></p><strong><u>What Do They Expect From You</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Financial Strategy: Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy aligned with the overall business goals. Provide insightful financial recommendations to the executive team and board of directors to support decision-making processes.</li><li>Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Analyze and interpret financial data, trends, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.</li><li>Risk Management: Assess and manage financial risks in the construction industry, such as project cost overruns, supply chain disruptions, and regulatory compliance. Implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the company’s financial interests.</li><li>Capital Management: Optimize the company’s capital structure and manage cash flow effectively. Monitor and evaluate investment opportunities, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term financial objectives.</li><li>Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and presentations. Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.</li><li>Corporate Governance: Maintain a strong internal control environment and uphold high standards of corporate governance. Collaborate with auditors and external stakeholders for financial reporting and compliance.</li><li>Mergers and Acquisitions: Lead financial due diligence for potential mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Provide financial expertise during negotiations and integration processes.</li><li>Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing finance team. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, promoting professional growth among team members.</li><li>Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, lenders, and other external stakeholders. Represent the company in financial matters at industry events and conferences.</li><li>Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes that could impact the construction business.
