Find your way at BI.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p>As a Cement Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for sharing your extensive knowledge and experience to advise and guide our allies in Kuwait’s cement manufacturing sector. Your primary objective will be to provide strategic insights, technical expertise, and practical recommendations that will enhance production efficiency, quality control, and safety protocols.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>· Conducting thorough assessments of the clients’ cement production facilities.</p><p>· Identifying areas for improvement in the production processes and recommending practical solutions.</p><p>· Analyzing data related to cement quality, energy consumption, and environmental impact.</p><p>· Assisting in troubleshooting technical issues and suggesting appropriate resolutions.</p><p>· Collaborating with the client’s teams to impart training and knowledge transfer.</p><p>· Providing guidance on the implementation of best practices and advanced technologies.</p><p>· Assuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>· A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in a reputable cement factory in Kuwait.</p><p>· In-depth knowledge of cement manufacturing processes, from raw materials to final product.</p><p>· Proven expertise in quality control procedures and optimization of production parameters.</p><p>· Familiarity with environmental regulations and sustainable practices within the cement industry.</p><p>· Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.</p><p>· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.</p><p>· Proven problem-solving capabilities and a results-oriented mindset.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>How to Apply:</strong></p><p>If you are a passionate Cement Technical Consultant looking to make a significant impact in the industry, we invite you to join our team.
