The Opportunity
This position works at our Egypt Affiliate, located in Cairo in Established Pharmaceuticals division that we are committed to bringing the benefits of our trusted medicines to more people in the world’s fastest-growing countries. Our broad portfolio of high-quality and differentiated branded generic medicines reaches across multiple therapeutic areas including gastroenterology, women’s health, cardiometabolic, pain management/central nervous system, and respiratory.
As the Commercial Distribution QA Manager, you’ll have the chance to engage and work closely with Egypt affiliate functional heads for the purpose of maintaining quality systems in compliance with Abbott standards and local regulations.
What You’ll Do
- Establish and maintain the written procedures for a quality system at the affiliate level.
- Conduct the Management Reviews quarterly.
- Establish and maintain A quality manual.
- Establish and maintain A quality audit program, secure Audit readiness, run internal and external audits on suppliers and service providers.
- Complaint handling & nonconformities reporting
- Vaccine handling
- Utilize Risk Management tools.
- Train employees
- Handle change control process
Required Qualifications
- B.S. Pharmacy
- 5 years in similar position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills
- Good command of English language
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Soltraq
- Certified auditor
