Job Description
Main Purpose
Primarily to ensure the availability of high quality and highly trained KD resources at the front end to improve field performance.
Main Accountabilities
- KD sales representatives profiling
- Drive the capability agenda for the field force (salesmen , TSI , RSM , Merchandisers)
- Supporting FSM in recruitment and performance management
- Support FSM’s with FCS Implementation and new servicing model
- Support FSM with field coaching and evaluations through QOP/QOC tools
- Define Training Agenda for sales force and monitor progress.
- Coordinate with NAME CD Academy assessment tools and trainings to be deployed
- Engage CD managers with CD e learning course
- Work closely with trainers to ensure the training plan is delivered OTIF
- Build team engagement and motivation.
- Lead communication program within sales force and KD’s (annual award events, recognition, contests, newsletter)
- Work closely with HRBP and CDD on actions to drive performance culture including distributor’s

Relevant Experience
- 3 years experience in sales. FMCG experience is desirable
- Graduate (Post graduate qualification is Optional)
