<p>ZEROFAT is looking for an experienced Sous chef who can lead thee team and oversee the whole operation while maintaining the highest food safety hygiene, food quality , food cost control, create new recipes, and the most important to be an the perfect example for the kitchen team. </p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Improve & Control food quality. </li><li>Create new recipes: Must know (International & Khaleeji cuisines). </li><li>Oversee the whole operation on a daily basis. </li><li>Control food cost below 30% </li><li>Oversee see the production kitchen for restaurant as well. </li><li>Train the team in the kitchen. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Work experience in Catering kitchen as <span>a Chef di Partie </span>at least 3 years . </li><li>Work Experience in Catering Kitchen as Sous Chef at least 2 years.</li><li>Prefer Bachelor degree in culinary or anything related. </li><li>Must know English Language. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Package</strong>: </p><ul><li>Work Location: Al-Ain city. </li><li>Salary range: 4500 – 7500.</li><li>Other benefits.</li></ul>
