Cataract Procedure Manager Jeddah
Job Description
The Cataract Procedure Manager will be responsible for leading and implementing sustainable cataract brand positioning across the region.<p><br></p>The main responsabilities are :<p><br></p><ul><li>Promoting cataract consumables and IOLs and creating leads for surgical equipment in Riyad and central region.</li><li>Developing action plans to achieve defined KPIs for each account (by regular OR presence, demos of products, supporting marketing activities as well as product launches).</li><li>Responsible for monofocal IOLs business and / Trifocal IOLs, and work closely with ATM & CEM for Drs. clinical and training development required to support cataract segment for his region.</li><li>Ensuring technical excellence in support of new and ongoing external and internal training of Alcon devices, particularly for PHACO equipment.</li><li>Fostering collaborative relationships for customer problem solving with Safety and Technical Services</li><li>Consistently act in accordance with SOPs and medical device regulatory environment aligning with Alcon global compliance and ethics guidelines.</li></ul><p><br></p>Requirements :<p><br></p><ul><li>3 years of experience minimum.</li><li>Education : Bioengineering, optometry or any related medical field.</li><li>Languages : Arabic and english.</li><li>This role is open for saudi citizens.</li></ul>
