We transform eye care possibilities into therapeutic realities through the discovery and development of innovative eye care products and treatments.<p><br></p>Alcon’s Cataract Equipment’s Manager main responsibilities are as follow :<p><br></p><ul><li> Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services, and/or solutions for Cataract and interior segment portfolio.</li><li> Developing and delivering brand awareness and positioning of cataract portfolio by customer training, and conducting product demonstrations according to market opportunities.</li><li> Identifying and contacting prospective customers (ophthalmologists) and develop new advocates for surgical portfolio.</li><li> Enhance skills and competencies with proper tracking for elevating surgeon’s skills by using our latest technology on the OR.</li><li> Cataract equipment manager will be responsible for implementing the regional marketing strategy aligning with the key priorities and potential segments identified by brand managers.</li><li> Cataract equipment manager will be responsible for central and eastern region to achieve the assigned KPIs by working closely with our main distributors and suppliers to ensure the best service provided by Alcon for ophthalmology field.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Profile Requirements :</strong><p><br></p>3 years of experience minimum<p><br></p>Education : Bioengineering or medical field related background.<p><br></p>Location : Jeddah<p><br></p>Languages : Arabic and english
