Sales
Executive (Arabic Speaker)
TASKS,
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
·
Maintain a high
level of exposure for the hotel through direct sales.
·
Implement and
execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed targets set.
·
Ensure that
selling strategies are adhered to during negotiations and maximize up selling
opportunities whenever possible.
·
Ensure
comprehensive and up to date knowledge of properties unique selling points,
features, amenities, services and policies.
·
Provide feedback
on changing marketing conditions, including trends in the competition, as a
result of direct sales solicitation, telephone and / or direct mail.
·
Ensure guest
satisfaction by attending to their requests and inquires courteously and
efficiently.
REQUIREMENTS
·
Preference will
be given to Arabic Speakers .
· Minimum 3-4 years in the same position in a 4/5 star
hotel.
·
Good command of English & Arabic Language.
·
Age – 25 to 35 Years
·
Able to work under pressure in a fast
paced, dynamic and challenging work environment.
Salary – QAR. 4000 / – + QAR 1000/- Meal Allowance + Accommodation + Transportation
