<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>· Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.</p><p>· Organize and coordinate sales representatives’ schedules.</p><p>· Research potential leads, and ensure they are converted.</p><p>· Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives</p><p>· Receive and report on all sales lead</p><p>· Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.</p><p>· Supervise sales operations of the sales team</p><p>· Follow-up leads and samples provided by the sales team.</p><p>· Build a new customer base to maximize sales.</p><p>· Retain existing customers by providing prompt customer services</p><p>· Analyze field reports and prepare sales documents.</p><p>· Analyze competitor pricing proposals and sales strategies.</p><p>· Ensure an Increase in sales by promoting products and analyzing competitor behavior</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>· Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in marketing would be advantageous.</p><p>· Minimum 2 years previous experience in sales of FMCG product</p><p>· Ability to lead and build a team of Van Sales Representatives with proven sales results</p><p>· Advanced computer skills and tech-savvy</p><p>· Excellent verbal and written communication skills</p><p> Persuasive and goal-oriented</p><p>· In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market </p><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</p>
