Job Description
- Dealing with customer enquiries about the availability and cost of vehicles.
- Opening & closing Rental Agreements and managing related documentations.
- Showing customers, the vehicle along with the checklist and handling related queries if any.
- Billing customer for personal rental paid by credit card or cash for monthly, weekly and daily rental.
- Follow up for pending payments for monthly clients and incase of corporates for the necessary Purchase Order.
- Generate invoices for all monthly rentals and provide copies for Accounts Department.
- Prepare SRA (Statement of Rental Agreement) and send to accounts or concern department on daily basis.
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondences from both external and internal clients of station.
- Handle outbound reservation request via Click4wheels
- Prepare month end reports for the sales supervisor (Pending payments, monthly RA & Sales Dept. Work details)
- Co-ordinate with Operations for service/maintenance due vehicles & return of Job completed vehicles.
- Control & maintain the station Keys (DR, RR, NR/Replacement)
- Prepare driver daily sheet wherever applicable.
- Ensure the implementation of Quality & Safety, Environment and Road Traffic Safety Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO45001 and ISO 39001), in the department / functions.
- Ensure the maintenance and evaluation of Quality, Health & Safety, Environment and Road Traffic Safety Management Systems.
Report the performance of Quality, Health & Safety and Environment and Road Traffic Safety to the Superior for review and improvements.Β Β
Skills
- 02-08 years of experience preferably in customer service field (depending on level of education)
- Minimum of Secondary School graduate
- Age must be 20-25 years old
- Locally available with NOC
- Candidate must be young, energetic, presentable, possessing good communications skills
- Salary is QR 3650 + transportation
