About the job Car Carrier Driver Overview

As a car carrier driver, you drive a transport truck with a trailer designed for carrying vehicles. You can work for a transport trucking company or as a contractor, but your duties are to move cars from one location to another. Your responsibilities involve a thorough understanding of truck-friendly routes through major thoroughfares and the ability to drive in various types of conditions. As a car carrier driver, you ensure the safety of the vehicles you haul and should always be aware of the weight of your transport.

Responsibilities

  • Driving and delivering vehicles
  • Following orders and instructions from Dispatcher

Requirements/Qualification

  • Professional Driver’s License (LTO or abroad)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience
  • Driving heavy or articulated trucks (Car Carriers)
  • WIlling to work in Qatar
  • Physically and Medically Fit
  • Can speak and understand basic English
