<p>Under the general guidance and supervision of the Outlet Manager or delegate and within the limits of established IHG policies and procedures, is responsible for supervising the whole outlet area.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Customer Service: Greet and assist guests, handle their inquiries and special requests, and address any concerns promptly and professionally</li><li>Team Leadership: Supervise and train waitstaff, assign duties, and ensure a positive and collaborative work environment</li><li>Dining Room Operations: Manage table allocations, seating arrangements, and reservations for an organized and visually appealing dining area</li><li>Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with the menu, assist guests with their selections, and accommodate dietary preferences</li><li>Order Taking and Service: Take accurate orders, communicate them to the kitchen, and ensure prompt delivery of food and beverages</li><li>Upselling and Revenue Generation: Promote additional items and specials to maximize sales and revenue</li><li>Health and Safety: Follow health and safety regulations, maintain cleanliness, and report any maintenance issues</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Technical degree <span>or equivalent</span></li><li>2-3 years of experience in<span> a similar supervisory role in a high-end restaurant</span></li><li>English language proficiency (written and verbal)</li><li><span>Strong customer service, leadership, and communication skills</span></li><li><span>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem-solve effectively</span></li><li><span>Understanding of restaurant health and safety regulations</span></li></ul>
