We acquire positions at a substantial discount to market, via Derivatives, aiming to minimize risk and market fluctuations.</p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team as a Capital Raising and Investor Relations Specialist. Your primary responsibility will be to help raise capital and manage relationships with investors. You will play a critical role in expanding our investor base, cultivating relationships with institutional investors, and targeting high-net-worth individuals. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely focusing on Investors from the UAE. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Capital Raising:</strong> Develop and implement effective strategies to raise capital for our proprietary trading business.</li><li><strong>Investor Relations:</strong> Cultivate and manage relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.</li><li><strong>Fundraising Campaigns:</strong> Design and execute fundraising campaigns, preparing marketing materials, presentations, and investment documents.</li><li><strong>Investor Communications:</strong> Maintain regular communication with existing and potential investors, providing updates on performance, strategy, and market insights.</li><li><strong>Market Research: </strong>Stay abreast of market trends, competitor analysis, and investor preferences to enhance fundraising efforts.</li><li><strong>Networking: </strong>Attend industry conferences, events, and seminars to expand your network and identify potential investment opportunities.</li><li><strong>Compliance:</strong> Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, including maintaining proper documentation and adhering to legal requirements.</li><li><strong>Collaborate:</strong> Work closely with the trading team and senior management to provide insights from investor feedback and contribute to strategy development.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Experience:</strong> A proven track record in equities, derivatives, or funds management, preferably with experience in institutional investments and/or high net-worth investment sales.</li><li><strong>Strong Network:</strong> A vast network of institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals to leverage for fundraising efforts.</li><li><strong>Financial Acumen: </strong>Sound understanding of equity markets, trading strategies, and investment vehicles.</li><li><strong>Communication Skills:</strong> Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex investment concepts to diverse audiences.</li><li><strong>Relationship Management:</strong> Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with investors and stakeholders.</li><li><strong>Self-Driven:</strong> Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently to achieve fundraising goals.</li><li><strong>Integrity:</strong> Uphold the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive investor information.</li><li><strong>Flexibility: </strong>Open to travel and adapt to changing market conditions and investor preferences.</li><li><strong>Education: </strong>A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field is preferred.
