Job Description

Role purpose:<p><br></p>To measure and maintain VAS &amp; IT nodes capacity and analysis the effect of marketing forecast on the system’s capacity and E2E services performance<p><br></p>Key accountabilities and decision ownership<p><br></p><ul><li> Define Capacity measurements for VAS &amp; IT delivery Nodes / Services </li><li> Suggest capacity solutions to achieve the forecasted service</li><li> Development &amp; execution of VAS / IT Capacity and performance plans in line with the company’s assumption </li><li> Produce weekly / Monthly Capacity Management Reports</li><li> Study the effect of promotions and new services on the VAS &amp; IT nodes capacity </li><li> Analyse the core metrics DB submission, 2+10, 5+7 and 9+3 to get the trends of the services and decides if any expansion is needed </li><li> Responsible for redistributing traffic to ensure performance and quality of service </li></ul><p><br></p>Core competencies, knowledge, and experience<p><br></p><ul><li> Problem Solving </li><li> Analytical skills </li><li> Negotiation and presentation skills</li><li> Time Management</li><li> Ability to work under stress</li></ul><p><br></p>Must have technical /profession<p><br></p>al qualifications:<p><br></p><ul><li> B.Sc. in communication /computer engineering </li><li> Performance Management Skills</li><li> Broad knowledge of telecommunication technologies, Data Network, network and service management technologies, capacity planning techniques and GSM/GPRS </li><li> 3+ years of experience</li></ul>
