Job Description

1-   Enforce Health and Safety regulations and ensure the camp is a safe environment for all.

2-   ensure the smooth running of accommodation facilities, including the safety and well-being of guests, tenants and residents

3-   develop and build positive relationships with residents, tenants and guests

4- control a budget and finances, manage stock levels and order supplies

5- communicate with reception services to coordinate and plan the allocation of accommodation

6- arrange repairs and maintenance of the facilities

7-   inspect the accommodation to ensure that hygiene and health and safety regulations are met, carrying out risk assessments as necessary

8-   supervise the work of cleaning staff and ensure standards are maintained

9- make sure adequate security for the building is provided

10- get involved in the building and refurbishment of residential accommodation.

11- Employs and supervises staff to operate dining facilities.

12- Plans menus prepares food supply orders and stores food.

13- Assumes responsibility for checking in and out campgrounds and non-camp groups and maintenance of records.

14- Inspects all facilities and collects breakage fees.

15- Supervises and orients camp counselors.

16- Assumes responsibility for maintaining standard first aid supplies.

17- Maintains required health records to ensure proper payment of accident claims resulting from camp participation.

18- Assumes responsibility for collecting camp fees, depositing money in the bank, and keeping accurate financial records.

19- Assumes responsibility for the security of camp facilities and camp personnel.

20- Assumes responsibility for inventory and ordering of recreational equipment and supplies.

21- Performs related work as required.

Skills

Highly Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office, and Internet
