As a Contact Center Agent, you’ll play a crucial role in managing and assisting our clients’ food or non-food ordering processes, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for their customers.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>*Responsibilities:*</p><p><br></p><p>- Efficiently managing incoming orders through various channels, including phone, social media messaging, and our client’s ordering platforms</p><p><br></p><p>- Providing accurate information about menus, promotions, delivery times, and special requests with an eye for detail</p><p><br></p><p>- Collaborating with our clients’ kitchen staff and delivery teams to ensure orders are processed, prepared, and delivered on time</p><p><br></p><p>- Establishing strong relationships with our clients’ customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have</p><p><br></p><p>- Identifying and seizing opportunities to upsell and boost sales by suggesting additional menu items or offers</p><p><br></p><p>- Maintaining a deep knowledge of our clients’ menus, policies, and procedures in order to stay up to date and provide the best possible support</p><p><br></p><p>-Attending the weekly meetings to know about clients’ updates</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>*Qualifications*</p><p><br></p><p>- Proven experience in a customer service position, preferably in a food industry-related environment</p><p><br></p><p>- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, in order to communicate effectively with customers, clients, and team members</p><p><br></p><p>- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary to support our clients’ needs</p><p><br></p><p>- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities to tackle challenging situations and maintain customer satisfaction</p><p><br></p><p>- Familiarity with food-ordering platforms, CRM systems, and other relevant applications</p><p><br></p><p>- A commitment to providing the highest level of customer service</p><p><br></p><p>- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business, culinary arts, or a related field would be an advantage</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>*Requirements:*</p><p><br></p><p>The applicant should have a PC or laptop With the following specifications : Windows 10, RAM 6 – 8 GB, Core i5.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>The applicant should have headphones with a soundproof microphone.</p><p><br></p><p>The applicant should have a reliable, fast, and connected internet.</p><p><br></p><p>The applicant should have social media platforms: Instagram – Facebook to have access to manage the restaurant’s pages.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>*Work environment:*</p><p><br></p><p>Hybrid: 90% at home, 10% on-site (for weekly meetings)</p><p>Pay: Hourly wage</p><p>Shifts run from 9 A.M till 1 A.M</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>If you believe you have the skills, experience, and dedication to provide the exceptional support our clients deserve, we want to hear from you!
