Job Description

Job Purpose

Our recruitment team will be hosting an Open Day in Casablanca, to meet potential applicants in person. We encourage you to apply online prior to the event and request you to bring with you an updated CV in English

  • Date & Time: Tuesday, August 8th,  2023,  from 9:30 AM

  • Location: Air Arabia head Office (04, Rue Carthage, Quartier les Iris, Casablanca)

  • Contract Type: ANAPEC

  • Positions:
    • Call Center Agents– Inbound (No experience needed)​ (ANAPEC Contract)​​​​​​

    • Duty Supervisor: Experience as a team leader is required (CDI contract)

  • Requirement: Good English and French languages 

  • Working hours: Shifts (Mornings, Afternoons and evenings)

  • Moroccan Nationality is a must
